Plastic extrusion, just like aluminium extrusion, is a production process in which raw plastic materials are melted and then shaped into a continuous profile by pushing it through a die.

The extrusion materials most used are PVC, PP, LDPE, HDPE, polystyrene, polycarbonate, acrylic, nylon, polyacetate, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, elastomers...

Plastic extrusion produces all types of different items and is particularly useful for the manufacture of window frames, pipes, tubing, draft extrusion strips...
