Liquid forging

Liquid forging is a unique fusion technique of light alloys that expects the application of a very high pressure on the liquid material during the solidification phase. A production method between high pressure injection and aluminum closed die forging. After material injection an extra pressure step is added. To achieve the required product quality a higher processing temperature is needed. Another important factor is to use the correct alloy that is fit for purpose. The result are parts with a very high density and very high accuracy.
